If you have no patience this place is not for you! I was able to get my puppy all her shots and spayed within 3 months by staying on top of things. Definitely take advantage of the puppy package! The vets are amazing here! The person checking you in can get a little stressed at times and it shows you need to relax sir we know it's busy and many dogs and such. Thank you for showing up and trying your best! I recommend this place but please be kind and respectful to this staff!

TCAP has been providing quality, affordable yearly vaccinations, and heartworm and flea medication for my animals for many years. The staff is always kind, patient, and understanding. They recently remodeled this facility, and the building looks great and helps to manage the line (without having to wait out in the sun). On my most recent visit, there was no long line at all, so it seems like the new building is really helping staff manage patients more efficiently and to keep up with demand.

Asked before spay surgery if somebody could tell me appropriate dosing for dog pain meds at her weight because I already have all the meds at home from other dogs who have had surgery, and they said they would have somebody tell me when I picked up in the afternoon. Afternoon roles around, and they refuse to answer the question because all of the vets are gone for the day. 🙄 Suuuuper helpful.

They lost my paper work and I had to go up and tell them something in order to check out. Everyone who was behind me and that just got there checked out first. I was there for 3 hours!!! no apologies nothing!! And the lady who wears the hairpiece that checks out people still proceeded to check out somebody else after I was next. Terrible checkout process. Technician's that gave the shots were excellent and fast.

I wanted to share that we have been going to the Hurst office for several years now. Andrew M. has been there every time and he is the nicest, hardest working guy! He is always friendly, helpful and willing to deal with the heat or cold. Thank you for being a great person and working hard!

I use the TAC for all of my dogs yearly vaccinations. They are always so kind and the process is easy and relatively fast. You do have to wait in your car for your turn, but if you're prepared for that, it's an easy process.
