I brought my loyal St. Bernard there for major surgery and a simple neutering. I was told he was okay to Bear home at 2:30pm. He was healthy and all his blood work was perfect. Two days later he was hurting and not eating we brought him to the Vet. ER in Cheektowaga and they said his stomach was hurting because of the medicine EAVH gave him. Thursday went by without a problem but by 4:00pm Friday Bear went to the kitchen and hit the floor and started whining and his stomach was red and irritated. We couldn’t move him because he was in so much pain so we called Fetch A Vet because they were open till 8:00pm. We called them repeatedly and left messages and we begged them for at least an oral sedative or something to ease his suffering. Nobody helped him… He took his last BREATH at 11:52pm on 01/26/2024. HE NEEDED SOMEBODIES HELP AND RECEIVED NONE. For SEVEN YEARS AND 7 days Bear was healthy. From January 11-26 were so miserable for our poor fur baby. WHY DIDN’T YOU KEEP HIM AFTER SURGERY for a couple of days to monitor him? I can’t trust this Vet clinic with another fur baby… Don’t ever send your fur baby to Green Acres ER either. Bear’s stomach was not even twisted. He was the Best…

Dr. Jenni and staff are so kind and sweet. They really take time and care about the health of your pet. So happy all four of our pets are under their supervision. Our puppy was spayed here (went perfectly) and our senior dog has been taken well care of by staff for our frequent visits for health issues. Thank you guys for your continued help with our fur babies! Simple the best. Shoot out to Katie- too she’s so sweet every time we call. Thanks all!

Dr. Jenni and staff were absolutely fantastic! They took care of our boy with utmost care and excellent bedside manner. Every one made sure he had the best experience possible. He is a very nervous dog but we came through the appointment with no problems. Thank you for your kind and caring approach to Veterinary services.

Absolutely the best service I've ever received. Every staff member was super welcoming and nice. They went to the next level to make sure my skittish cat was calm and comfortable. Amazing patience with zero rushing around, you can tell they all truly care about your pet and give great open dialog. Honestly wish every business operated this way! Highly recommend

Wish I could give 100 stars out of 5. Their staff is so compassionate and kind. In May I took in my pet hedgehog and Dr Jenni had him in wonderful care up until the very end. Dr Jenni is amazing in her love for all animals- she’s both book smart and emotionally smart. Thank you EA Vet Hospital for your stellar service and for the sentimental card/gift from you all. This vet hospital cares and even has affordable rates being in East Aurora. I recommend them as trustworthy to anyone. Their new ownership is so good ❤️
