Thank you for the great experience. Our new Yorkie puppy Ruby needed her 2nd round of shots. The staff was very informative and nice. We were in and out reasonably fast and at a fair price.

our kitty was admitted here for liver failure, and a few days afterwards we had to put her down. before we could leave, we were expected to pay the over 1000 dollar bill in full. no payment plans, no future date. we had to pay an extraordinary amount of money right after letting go of our baby. as for her treatment.. i wish some of the staff had more empathy. it's a mixed bag, because some of them are very nice. i'm also unsure if her treatment was aggressive enough after looking liver failure in cats up online. if we were suggested feeding tubes right away like other vets do, could we have saved her life before she got too weak? i understand there's no right or wrong answer there, but i'm upset that we weren't given all of our options immediately. i don't recommend this vet unless they're your only option. not affordable, and not the most knowledgeable. edit: i'm lowering my review to 1 star. somehow, my low expectations weren't even met. it's been nearly a full month and we still have not received her ashes. we finally got her paw prints (of which they only do inked cards, nothing further) and they didn't even give us the number we had asked for. with everything considered, all of this has been disgusting and unacceptable. i'm horrified that we ever trusted this clinic.

Wonderful experience! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My dog had an injury and her regular vet was booked, as well as 4 other clinics. They were willing to work/drop off my dog in, and perfect timing... they had a cancellation while I was still on the phone. She needed a procedure to fix her injury and they took care of that immediately. I can't thank you enough!

Our 2-year-old dog became suddenly and severely ill a few weeks ago, and Dr. Mattson could not have been more thorough, compassionate, practical, efficient, or effective. She patiently listened to us, explained our treatment options, and respected the decisions we made. When we called with questions, she she took the time to provide thoughtful answers. Thanks to Dr. Mattson's exceptional care, our dog is recovering. We've always been happy with BCAC's preventative services, but this recent experience with Dr. Mattson and her staff has turned us into customers for life. We are sincerely grateful!
