I adopted a kitten, Paprika, from the shelter last weekend and he was SO well taken care of there! All of the staff we talked to at the shelter were very kind, and it's clear they care a lot about the animals in the shelter. I highly recommend this shelter to anyone looking to adopt a new friend! They ensure that the animals are going to a good home and that future owners know everything about their adoptee's vet records, which many shelters unfortunately do not.

Clean establishment, large variety of cats, young and older. This is the second cat we've adopted from crossroads. The time it took to work on the paperwork and adopt our cat did take over an hour, so just plan accordingly. I liked being able to take my toddler into the large room with free roming cats that made it very easy to find a cat that had the right temperament for our family. Fair prices and friendly staff <3

These guys are great with my pets. I have a senior dog with arthritis and they are so gentle with him. I also have an aggressive dog I rescued, and they are so good with working with him.

I called to get an appointment for euthiniatha of a cat the week of July 4th. I got a call back and was told they have to talk to the vet and would follow up with me the following week . I'm still waiting for my call. Called my vet to take care in, wanted to go there due to it being close and the cost. I won't try them again.

They were kind, caring, and affordable. We had to put our sweet little girl asleep and they explained everything thoroughly on the procesure and what would happen. I recommend this facility...look them up for all your pet medical needs or if you would like to adopt one. This place deserves 10 stars.
