I adopted a breeding Pitbull named Sloan in September of 2017. I'm ready to share my experience with Last Chance Ranch. I was ready to adopt a dog in need after graduating college. I always had a soft spot in my heart for dogs that were neglected and unwanted.  I learned so much about adopting animals after my experience with Last Chance. Sloan was advertised as a six-year-old Pitbull. That was a blatant lie. This was clearly a hospice dog. I was informed that she was evaluated by their own veterinarian.  That was either negligence or another lie. I fed Sloan dry dog food for five months. I was informed in January of 2018 that Sloan had multiple broken teeth and a heart murmur.  I felt so guilty that I was feeding Sloan food that was causing her unnecessary pain and suffering.  Sloan passed away in February of 2018. I will always remember the precious memories my father and I had with Sloan.  My father has an incredible story where Sloan sniffed out and caught a wild opossum while on a walk at Ralph Stover State Park. Sloan was an incredible dog. Last Chance Ranch was incredibly disappointing. Do better, Last Chance Ranch.

Having a Kids Birthday party!? I highly recommend last chance ranch! We recently had my 4year olds birthday at the ranch and she couldn’t have been happier. The gathering space was perfect. Plenty of space, clean and I recommend decorating the horse shoe. The best part is clearly the animals- an up close look at barn yard friends can’t be beat. Denise was amazing from start to finish - we couldn’t be happier

Wonderful organization. Animal care is professional level and always comes first. Adopts out over 1000 animals per year from fish to fowl, cats to cows, hamsters to horses. Also a great place to volunteer!!

This place is very beautiful! The staff is extraordinary professional and friendly. They communicate like I never seen before. They are genuine and honest. They do care and take very good care of the rescues. I know where my donations will serve a real purpose. The animals know they are loved and feel secure. Jackie is a great leader ! I adopted Diamond, she is all I ever wanted! If I ever want to adopt again I will definitely look there first 🥰
