We love this place! As first-time dog owners, they have made our experience so much easier. The clinic staff are always so patient and helpful with our questions, and the trainers and kennel staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Our dog is always super excited to go to day care!

I am in the pet industry myself, and something I've found quite a bit is vets that don't actually listen to what you want to do with you animal because it goes "against the main stream". I've also had much less then positive experiences with other vets in the recent years so I was very hesitant to book an appointment for my 2yo male Aussie. However, from the time the nurse walked into the room until the time we left, I felt heard and taken seriously. Most importantly I didn't feel judged for any of the choices I've made for Jambis care over his short life span. I had an amazing experience with all the staff but especially the doctor. It truly felt like I had a team around my pup that INCLUDED me! I cant say enough good things about this clinic. From the front desk ladies who made sure to get Jambi seen asap after we lost his full brother at only 3yr to lymphoma; to the nurse who listened and talked through everything with me; to the doctor which again, I can not say enough good things about. To say the least they completely surpassed my expectations and have a client for life! Thank you so so much Mill Pond crew!

Everyone was so friendly. Took my puppy for her first visit and was given all the info I needed. Also was set up for future vaccination appointments before I left.

They got My Baby in Very Quick, n Gave Me a Cheaper option first!! Then said if the Problem still Persisted, We could take another Route within 2 Weeks. The Dr was Very Nice n Professional n Even Remembered Her!! To Me, that is the Biggest Thing!! Cause My Baby has a Name with Her Face n Not Just a Dollar Sign!! Awesome Visit All the Way Around!!

Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment for pet boarding services. Prior to our dog's arrival, the online portal asked for information about personal items we would bring for her. However, upon arrival, we were informed that she couldn't have her blanket or toy, despite these options being provided initially. Furthermore, the facility claimed they will be pairing our unfixed dog (kennel mates) with another based on temperament, also which we had no prior knowledge. When I voiced concerns about potential risks and safety measures, the response provided did not instill confidence. While the website did not mention the possibility of another dog sharing the kennel, the primary emphasis was on the facility's lack of liability rather than ensuring our dog's safety. Despite being assured of continuous communication, an attempt to reach them went unanswered until regular boarding hours. When we did connect, a photo showed our dog on a single blanket on a concrete floor, with reports of her displaying anxiety despite supposedly receiving one-on-one attention. Upon retrieving our dog, we noticed she was unable to bark, and a subsequent veterinary examination ruled out kennel cough. The vet's assessment suggested possible neglect or physical mishandling during her stay. While the exact circumstances remain unclear, this experience has left us with significant reservations about entrusting our pet's care to this facility in the future.

Love Mill Pond. Dropped off our Rottweiler Friday morning & when I pick him up on Saturday he didn't want to come home. He really enjoyed being in doggie daycare. Wouldn't hesitate to take him back.
