I really wish I remembered the lady’s name I spoke to on the phone! I left a message this morning about a dog I had found after their hours and she called back within 10 mins! I was calling to check in on him and make sure he at least went home to his family! The lady was super nice, informational, helpful and friendly!! Thank you so much for giving me the peace of mind and letting me know more of what I can do for future incidences! The dog didn’t have a tag unfortunately but he had a collar and Manchester police department found his chip and got him home since he wasn’t in the back! Again thank you so much for your time! I will definitely be calling them if anything happens!!

Says 24hrs but no one picks up the call. I was calling regarding animal removal which was runover by some vehicle. On turnpike road. Near BJs

I found a rabbit stuck in a fence. I called and left a message. They called me back within 5 minutes, and I gave the details. They were nice over the phone and showed up after 15-16 minutes. It took them about 4 minutes to cut the rabbit out of the netting and they were nice afterwards.

Non helpful.Say they will call back,never do,get the runaround about where the dog/cat is.Terrible service!And MPD is just as unhelpful. Good luck getting your pet back🙏

Called- left message about a tiny white dog by curb on Hartford Rd across from ECHN to tell them I drove by, saw the poor thing in the Rd. by curb, went back to move it off the road onto the grass and tell them they might want to come get it- see if someone reported it missing ( maybe it has a chip? ) but nearly a week later... it's still there...My past experience with animal control in Manchester have been ALL bad- mainly because by phone they seem to have a 'bored' ( I'm in the middle of something else ) attitude, and one female/uniformed officer is SO obstinate ( dealt with her in person and by phone ) that well... you ever ONCE in a great while meet someone who you SENSE totally dislikes you ( for no reason ) and makes you instantly totally dislike them?? That's her! Poor little dog will probably be there for weeks or months.....
