We've gotten 4 amazing pups from The Dog House over the years-- most recently a Havachon we named Ella. Our experience has always been very positive. Their staff is knowledgeable and the store has a wide selection of breeds at fair prices. To anyone looking for a healthy, purebred pup, I highly recommend they visit the store.

I purchased my chihuahua a month ago. Iris was wonderful, going above and beyond to make this a posive experience. I am impressed with this pet store as it is a lot of work to care for a few pups and they have so many. They really do a great job staying on top of things. My dog tested positive for giardia at his first vet visit. I want to say, my daughter purchased a puppy from The Dog House a year ago. The dog is the center of her life, and was healthy at purchase and still is a healthy little girl. Unfortunately a sickness can occur in any animal and I am so happy The Dog House took my little pup, who was then able to be passed on to me. I love animals, and I am grateful it was me that was able to improve his life. Iris, thank you, and continue doing what you're doing. You are very good at it.

The customer service is wonderful. The woman played and joked around with my kids while we looked around and was very helpful. She answered all of my questions. We ended up leaving with a puppy to add to our family. The only downside would br our puppy came home with what appears to be ear mites. It's not a huge issue, but the puppies are seeing a vet weekly. Why would they have mites? It's a simple fix, and we are treading him it just seems like it shouldn't have happened.

The workers there are very kind, When I went to look for a dog for my family; the dogs there were completely healthy and they seemed to be perfectly fine. The Dog House is honestly one of the top places I recommend for if you were interested in a dog as a pet. The customer service is wonderful, and the lady there joked around with my younger siblings and answered all of my questions and concerns. I don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews, but for my experience I found the place lovely. If I ever wanted to get another dog I would go to The Dog House.

This place gave me a sick dog. My husband and I adopted a female Italian greyhound and the next day we were at the emergency hospital in West Springfield..not to mention the care she needed. Thank goodness she's better. That place is filthy..no wonder. I was told to pick up the dog and I got an attitude when I arrived as requested. The only person who was really nice and professional was a woman named Iris. If you get a dog from there be careful

I have two dogs from the dog house, and they are doing amazing. Despite what a lot of people say, this place is amazing. The dogs there seemed absolutely healthy and fine. The workers there are so helpful and amazing. Would go here again👍
