I need to give these guys 5 stars because this place is AWESOME!! I've been using the Banfield Alabaster location for years after trying a few of the local vets and I couldn't be happier. By far the best vet office in the area! Thank you Banfield!!!

They only care about money, not animals. When I found a dog on the highway and sought help, they didn't even try. As a truck driver from California passing by, instead of advising me on the closest shelter just a few miles away, they tried to charge a large sum to do unnecessary and unhelpful procedures. This is a big L for a businesses dealing with pets.

It was a good visit..the Dr. called with an update on Jax . Which I really appreciated he and the staff were very good to Jax .

Dr Krol and Lee Anne saw copper as we were in the area at the last minute for G.I. issues. They were wonderful with him and were able to get us meds that he needed and make sure that he was going to be OK. Thank you again Patty Camunas and Copper

I haven’t heard from these people in almost a YEAR. I don’t even live in Alabama anymore, I moved two states away last may to be with my dad who went on hospice. they tried to charge me $700 something for the pet membership that I was told I could cancel at anything when I signed up and I called and told them I didn’t want it a few months in because I wasn’t impressed with the care my pets received. They said ok. I just checked my credit report and they sent an “unpaid amount” to collections and collections JUST sent it to my credit report. They did one for each animal. Don’t get a membership. The vets are nice but what we got with a special needs pet was subpar. I’ve been having my dog continue to come to this location to get her haircuts (she stays with my in-laws for now because my dad didn’t want a pet in the house) but she will not be coming back for grooming.

They are fantastic at the Alabaster Banfield! The staff took care of my Saint Bernard when she was sick with an unknown illness. They were able to point me in the right direction so that we could get her feeling better. They are absolutely fantastic there!
