Dr Groce saved my Bellas life. She had pyrometra and thanks to Dr Groce it was caught in time to save her little life. I now take all my shih tzus there for everything from removing dew claws on the new babies to 6 wk shots and anything else I may need. Dr Groce and Dr Montgomery are the best. As a breeder of shih tzus, I can honestly say they will be getting all my business.

Dr. Montgomery was extremely friendly. Follow-up service did not impress me. Called on Sunday because my cat was having seizures. Was told it's just the way the process of his illness. Was told to wait till Monday. Cat died Sunday night. Even though I called the emergency line, nobody ever tried contacting us. I would imagine someone would have called and said hey we saw you had a problem is everything okay. I called and left a message with the receptionist. I told Dr Montgomery Marty died. Again nobody called to say I'm so sorry. We were just another whoops. And I don't blame them for his death but it is seem like he was just a check on the list.

Every single staff member at Lakeside truly cares. You can tell by the way they speak to you and your family, the way they speak to your baby (i.e., your family.) By the way that they do a full body check just to be sure they're healthy. These vets, the techs, the ladies who run the counter, literally EVERY SINGLE PERSON here treat you like family. With love, kindness, respect, healing hands, and so very much beautiful compassion!! There's absolutely no other place that I'd take my precious boy to, I'm so very thankful to each person here! 🙏❤️

Dr. Montgomery is beyond amazing! However, be careful if your pups need late night emergency care as Dr. Groce isn't pleased about his personal time being invaded. He will especially judge you if you are at all responsible for the emergency.😭He definitely cares more about the animals than the humans that love them.💔 Thank you for saving Asher! The only place I will take my furbabies . He saved my Moms lil dog after she passed away and he's all I had left from mom he is going on 12yrs old now! ❤️

We had to have our dear pet put down as he was suffering so much. I couldn’t find anyone to come to the farm to do it but Dr Montgomery came and did it for us and she was so kind and caring!
