I've never seen a more friendly staff. I was very impressed with the vet. He explained in detail what was wrong with my dog and the best course of action. There were also no surprises when it came to the bill. Told me upfront what every procedure was going to cost me. I'm taking all my dogs to him from now on.

Highly recommend! The staff is super nice and friendly! Anything they did and any change that occurred in my dogs condition, and they called and let me know. Dr. Green was VERY thorough in explaining everything! They gave me a detailed estimate on what all would likely be done and the approx price for it all and an estimated 3 day stay. Loved gettin that so I knew what all I was paying for and the round about price. And the estimate was pretty much accurate! When we took Teddy (my pit bull) home Dr. Green printed us out a full summary of Teddys stay....What all medicines he got and all his labs and procedures. I had to be referred to a surgeon in Birmingham to fix Teddy's hip and Dr.Green even printed me out directions to the surgeons location from my location. Dr. Green was awesome and super nice and laid back. All of the staff were great to me and my baby! Couldn't have chosen a better place to take my dog! :) Will definitely be taking my animals there from now on! 👍

they wouldn't take my dog because she's scared and she barks. had to find another clinic that could actually make an effort to understand the situation and take care of her broken knee.

I used this clinic for about 2 years. I loved them at first, and recommended them to all my friends. Then about 6 months ago, my dog kept getting extremely sick, I took him to Cherokee Pet Clinic 3 times, they said it was his analysis glands. I took him to a different vet, and found out he has a parasitic virus that if untreated would have killed him within weeks. Three visits and they overlooked something that could have killed my best friend.

Thank you so much to Cherokee county pet clinic for sacrificing their time off on a Sunday afternoon to come in and put my mom's dog to sleep. He was suffering terribly and we couldn't bear to see him in pain any longer. Our hearts are broken, but we're grateful to the staff for helping him pass as peacefully as possible

Both of my animals died, I will be calling them to tell them about this. I am very upset I cried so hard. The vet doesn’t know what he’s doing. He diagnosed my cat with herpes and to find out my cat was slowly dying. He didn’t say anything about that. I AM VERY ANGRY!!
