I cannot in good conscience recommend this awful “group,” which is really nothing more than a single, consistently dishonest woman - who goes to great lengths to hide her shameful conduct. To put it as kindly as possible, she is not transparent, with lamentable communication and even worse accountability. The animal we adopted was in horrific behavioral condition and poor medical condition after this person’s “care,” despite her advertising him as being adoptable and up to date on vaccinations. It’s a shame, because I generally believe strongly in rescue - but the dog-adopter match she set up with us is the result of either deliberately withholding information or doing shockingly little due diligence before adopting an animal out. In less than 20 days we spent well over $2,000 trying to help this innocent new dog that she had completely failed. Any lasting progress would have involved thousands of dollars more of help, constant monitoring, and intensive rehabilitation work that we were hoping to get a break from after our last beloved, but complex pet. If you are looking for a reputable rescue group, do not consider this one. Our whole experience with her was nightmare from beginning to end. Shame on her.
