Description White Oak Animal Safe Haven is a small, no-kill animal shelter with a dedication to finding loving , fur-ever homes for pets with all types of backgrounds. With the support of volunteers, donors and sponsors, we have been able to offer homeless animals a second chance by not only finding homes for thousands of pets since 2003, but also providing nurturing, medical care, training, grooming and other services that have prepared them for life with their new families.

Great experience with this place. Very clean facilities, the staff was really helpful, answered all my questions, and they seemed thorough/passionate about treating the animals well. My kittens received all their testing, treatment, and microchips during their stay here prior to adopting. They even complete vaccination series here. I felt confident adopting from them and you should, too. Thanks for helping me find some new additions to my family!

I inquired about Lydia close to 5pm. They close @ 7pm. And IMMEDIATELY they started calling references to get my application going. I made an appointment two days later to meet her @ open time, hoping I could bring her right home if she was a good fit. I brought money & my carrier not knowing what to expect. I arrive & she said Lydia is mine to take if I like her! I already LOVE HER! It’s been 22 hours and I couldn’t be happier. She fits right in with my daddy cat! My Missy is a few months older & taking her time watching Lydia but overall no issues! She’s house trained, cuddly (She slept with me, my boyfriend, & cuddled with meatball! Missy went upstairs for some spoiling from my boyfriend’s parents & is back downstairs with all of us & they’re all playing! I’m very happy with the process & end result. I stopped to visit the cats before Lydia came home & if you can, adopt the white older female cat. She was sooo sweet & deserves a home! The big daddy cats were awesome to meet as well. Even though I didn't adopt an animal from this shelter, I was incredibly impressed by the care and dedication shown by the staff. Upon visiting, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, and it was evident that the animals were well cared for and loved. I appreciate the transparency in their adoption process and the effort they put into finding the perfect homes for their animals. Keep up the fantastic work, and I'll definitely recommend this shelter to anyone looking to adopt a furry friend in the future!

I went there to see OLLIE someone brought in he was abused unbelievable i hope there a special place in HELL for them skum bags. He might of had a broken leg but not a broken spirt he is the sweetest nice pretty boy who ever gets him will be getting a amazing dog. I took him 12 lb box of biscuits and donated money for his surgery GOOD LUCK OLLIE BEST OF LUCK BEST WISHES LOVE YOU!!!!!! Here are some pictures of OLLIE.The staff is amazing too everyone very nice. I had to go back that night i forgot my wallet totally forgot it when i seen OLLIE LOL I went back and luckily some woman was there and found my wallet. Need a pet check them out most definitely!!!!!

My wife and I adopted two cats from there in November and plan on adding another member to our family on Friday. They really take great care of animals and will always adopt from there if we can.
