Dr Wehr was knowledgeable and compassionate when caring for my rooster. We have taken our dogs to her for years and she has always been great. This was my first time dealing with a sick chicken and she took my concerns seriously and kept us updated throughout the process. We will definitely be back with any future pet needs.

Lovely staff, very polite when I pick up my dogs medicine once a month. I'm never waiting long! They treated my baby for heartworms last year. There was no fuss, and no hidden expenses or fees. What you see on the sheet they give you is exactly what you pay for. We drive 40 minutes from Shreveport to see this vet!

We love having our pets as a part of the Wellington Street Vet family! Our cocker, Tucker, showed failing health right after Christmas, and we took him to see what was wrong. He was super sick and there’s wasn’t much that could have been done for him. I SO appreciated Dr. Wehr’s honest yet tender response to us suddenly having to decide to put him down. I felt very confident in her wisdom and felt his last moments with us were honored by her and her staff. These moments make an imprint on our hearts and memories for life- and I am so very grateful for such a sweet, precious memory that she helped to create with us in a very hard moment in time. She has also been treating our other pets, and I absolutely LOVE taking my fur babies there. We feel special and loved. Hands down- best vet!!
