I bring my dog for his monthly toenail trimming and high-end treats nutritional treats and Dan the managers awesome but to meet them and talk to him in the middle of the store is more like talking to a friend and he's he works like a clerk would work I've never seen him pass off any duties any questions I've had He's addressed. And Heather and Brittany and everyone else in the salon it must be a blessing to have a job you love so much and you treat my dog so kindly it's so much appreciated I hope I show that appreciation we appreciate you guys

Kimberly did a great job for the bath and brush appointment for my two labradoodles, they were done in just a few hours! I really appreciated how caring and patient Stephanie was when we brought them in. She was friendly and professional and my timid dog clearly felt very comfortable with her. Thank you!!

Horrible customer service from the adoption service. Asked to look at a cat and the staff kept empathizing that it was 5 mins till the adoption closed and that unless I was seriously going to be adopting them right then and there that they wouldn’t open the door to go see the cat. Like in what world am I gonna know if I want to adopt a cat if I can’t meet the cat? I’m sorry but looking at a cat through a glass window isn’t the same as interacting with the cat. Extremely disappointed with how rude the staff was. They came across “ I’m to lazy to help you so I’m gonna complain “ Didn’t catch there names. But it was two women. One super old and one very young. I’d give negative stars if I could for these two useless employees. Some kindness goes along ways.

I am so incredibly pleased with my pups’ grooming with Stephanie. She did a phenomenal job! I have 3 large dogs or refer to them as hippos and she did an outstanding job! They look beautiful and I HIGHLY recommend asking for her to take care of your fur baby!

I honestly don't know what to say. It's a pet store and I bought some cat food there. It's a commercialized big box style chain store and... They had the cat food I was seeking so... All good?? 🤷♂️😁
