We've used this animal hospital for 12+ years now for all our dogs. The prices are quite steep at times, BUT the quality of care has been worth it. Dr Anderson is a great vet and the only one we've seen in Kingman that we have felt totally confident in. He has made solid and sure diagnoses with all four of our dogs. We've had yearly checkups, vaccinations, a bowel obstruction, a neuter job, a kidney failure, 2 dogs with cancer and 2 had to be euthanized when very sick and elderly. All circumstances have been diagnosed and cared for properly Staff who have been there about the same length of time are also excellent. But like any business, some people come and go that aren't the best. Don't judge the clinic by one person. ❤️

Been taking our animals there for years and allways have had a positive experience, except for today ! We called and had a very unpleasant conversation with the receptionist, she was not only rude but very uncaring and unprofessional then she even disconnected on us. Sorry but we will take our business elsewhere someplace that's abit more compassionate and professional about how they treat there customers and patients.

Dr. Anderson and his staff were so kind and caring to our little fighting hero, Buddy and us. Wish we would have met on different terms. We're new to the area, so didn't know where to go. They're highly recommended by my friends. We'll continue to go here for all of our veterinarian needs.

I wouldn't take my animals here they only care about the money, you can try and a simple question and they avoid it, so keep your animals safe and go to where the place cares

Just like every other vet in this city and county, they do not care about the animals actual well-being or them continuing to live when they won't do a payment plan or at least let you forfeit the dog so it can be treated and rehomed and be alive. What makes it worse is when you've spent tens of thousands of dollars at these vets and they still won't even try to help you because they only care about the money at the end of the day. 99% of vets today are just like human doctors' offices. MONEY FIRST. We can't wait to move back to the country where real vets care about you abs your animals first. Country vets.
