I'm not sure how this company is rated 4.7 out of 5 stars. The trainers are so incredibly rude. They have horrible bedside manner, and they think they are 10 levels above you for some reason. One of the trainers was even belittling the other trainer right in front of us. My husband and I looked at each other in COMPLETE shock! I did not meet a single nice person except the receptionist when we visited for my son's service dog "interview" if that's what you even call it. He spent 10 mins with the dog, and because he is nonverbal and could not verbally give the sweet dog cues, he was automatically disqualified. We were there for a mobility assistance dog. My son has a talking device that he uses, and the trainer said, "he (dog) doesn't associate with a talking device." How not? It speaks just like anyone does. So he didn't even have a chance to give the dog cues. *eye roll*. If they had COMMUNICATED with us of the words my son was supposed to tell the dog, we would have practiced, and he could have learned them. A month later, we were sent a denial letter, which after absolutely no communication for a whole month, i knew that was coming. You're better off training your own dog and getting it certified. This company just wants to take your money with ABSOLUTELY NO intention of ever fulfilling their promise. I would NEVER suggest this company to ANYONE. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ATTITUDES.

Fantastic organization! I’ve been hearing impaired most of my life, started looking into a hearing assistance dog when my pup passed in 2022. My assistance dog is a blessing in every way, and the folks at Can Do Canines have been so helpful throughout the process. Thank you all for everything you do!
