Me and my husband took our little Nelly girl here since she was a puppy up until 8 months. She always gets excited every time we past by there! Sadly we moved, I know she misses her friends there. Great pricing to!

BEWARE— Scheduled an appointment for my Labradoodle on February 13th for March 7th @ 12 noon. Decided because it’s a rainy work day and I’m super busy that I’d drop my dog off early… Arrive there to drop off my dog and she has no appointment scheduled. Thinking, hmm maybe this is my issue and I wrote down the wrong date.. Nope, they didn’t even have us in for a future appointment. Spoke the with manager and stated that I’d like to make another appointment with a discounted price for the inconvenience. The manager had the nerve to tell me that there was no appointment ever made and that on February 13th they didn’t have the appointment available. I’m not sure who makes pretend appointments….? But it surely isn’t me. I will never waste my time again for this place. How inconsiderate and unprofessional to basically call a customer a liar and not make things right on their end and keep a long lasting client relationship. So incredibly disappointed with this business. BEWARE!!!

I drop my 2 yr old yorkie on Thursday and Friday for an overnight stay for the first time. I wasn’t sure how he would react but the staff that took him was very assuring🥰 that he will be in good hands. I called the next day and left a message to call me back for an update on my dog and was very pleased to get a call back. All the staff were friendly and would definitely recommend Pampered Paws St Robert to my friends and family. Thank you, Beemer’s mom

Girls were super nice and took great care of my shy boy. I have an Aussie...and they did an amazing job making him look so good. Definitely going to be taking him back as he needs
