I recently (4/6/23) had my dog groomed through the location in Saint Robert Missouri and when I received my dog back, he smelt like he hadn’t been washed, his hair was uneven everywhere, I specifically asked for his ears to be done and a sanitary and both are still dirty with matting so I know they were not touched. I asked the groomer and she claims she did all these things I’m complaining about and mentioned she could do “better” next time I decide to bring him in when I picked him up. Plus she had him for almost 4 hours! This is honestly the worst job anyone has ever done on my dog. I could’ve done this at home for a fraction of what it costed me to pay this groomer plus now I have to take him to a separate groomer for him to be fixed and pay more!!! I usually am not someone to complain but the more I look at him the more frustrated I get. I went on a limb trying to find a new groomer with them which obviously was a mistake. As a frequent customer of this locations, I am in disbelief at the way Jared treats his customers. I was attempting to pay for a $26 bag of dog food with a $50. He stated he didn't have change or would have to give me back $1s and $5s. I said that was fine with me, he then SNATCHED the money out of my hand while letting out an audiable annoyance. Not only is this location right next to a bank, I'm a paying customer just trying to feed my dogs. He was completely disrespectful for absolutely no reason.

I love that they require rabies vaccinations… like all the rest of the non private groomers in the USA! Petsense, thank you for doing things that do make sense for the safety of pets, their owners, and yourselves! Seriously, this groomer is amazing. She took care of all three of my dogs with so much care they looked SO good!

The family attention my fur babies get is unbelievable, they love their local home town store. We feel at home. Thank you for fitting my baby in his new vest, I love it because he can’t escape. Shop local is the best. We are family.

Brought my dog to pet sense because of a bad experience with another groomers in town. She has bad anxiety and I understand that by itself can be a handful and often times a distraction. Michelle and her team have done an amazing job with my dog. She still gets nervous but the team here loves dogs and mine comes home happy and beautiful. Thank you to the team here and I hope management knows how special this team is and does everything to keep them.
