Been here for the past three years. The care is top notch, very knowledgeable, and affordable. Have never had a problem and any questions are answered very timely. They stay up to date on the latest research for various breeds of pets and will meet your furbaby where they are comfort wise while continuing to provide excellent care. Dr. Hellbusch has been the main doctor we've had over the years and would definitely recommend his expertise.

We arrived at our appointment (07302024) and our dog stumbled when getting out of the van and scraped the top of her nose. I informed the Doc and she looked at it but never once attempted to clean it. She did take the dogs temperature and put the thermometer on the counter in front of the computer with poop all over it. Gross. Later she did wipe it down with tissue and put it back on the counter where it was before without cleaning the poop off the counter. She never washed her hands. We have always had a good experience here at Papillion Heartland with the exception of today. A bit grossed out.

I love the vets and they always make time for me! My animals really like them, just two things...I like them to give the shots while I am in the room, I need to remember to ask about this, you don't need to take my pet away just to give shots. Also, they need a multi-pet discount. But they are GREAT vets and they always fit you in! They take the time and seem to really care!

My cat had an injured foot that kept swelling so much he had to hop. I brought him here and they took an X-ray and supposedly examined his foot to the tune of $288. Outrageous and excessive IMO. This was not an emergency visit. Results inconclusive. With treatment of antibiotics and anti inflammatory charges would have been $450. Being on a fixed income I couldnt afford that. Upon returning home I saw a very large hole in his foot when he began licking it. I can't believe it wasn't noticed during exam. Luckily I used antibiotic for people and peroxide to heal him. So thanks for nothing but a big bill and did nothing for my cat.

Y'all seemed very nice, welcoming my dogs and I when we walked in. The person at the desk said this must be Sparky and Jackson. We arrived at 1:30 our appointment was at 2pm and y'all got us right in. They got their nails trimmed and we were done and ready to leave by 2pm. Super super nice and friendly. Thank you
