All staff are kind and courteous and seem to genuinely care about my pets. Everyone took time to answer my questions and really give my dog a good exam for his recent appointment where I learned he’s entering his geriatric stage of life. I appreciate the care and it makes me feel confident to continue coming there with my pets.

We were very pleased by the attention and care shown our for month old Weimaraner. They took time to let him warm up to them before the exam and spread peanut butter on the table to keep him happily distracted while they administered his shots. He didn't even notice getting vaccinated and came away with a very positive attitude towards his vet experience!

At our first appt the vet was very friendly and informative. However the assistant/receptionist was extremely rude and felt it necessary to continually give her opinion. At the second appt the assistant (different lady from previous appt) was very friendly. However the two ladies at the front desk sat and bad mouthed us to one another until i stood up and confronted them and let them know we were still sitting in the waiting area and could hear everything they were saying. Didn't even bother to apologize.
