We have been bringing our children (doggies) to Waipio Pet Clinic since 2009. Fran & Erin have always been the smiling friendliest first faces upon entering. Our dogs all love them. Donna, Dr Nambu, and other vet techs (apologize for not knowing everyone's names) have always provided top notch service, excellent expertise, and knowledge, and suggestions to better support our dogs health and needs. We just acquired a new puppy addition to our family, Donna gave excellent tips to our daughter on care, training, etc. They always go above and beyond to assist in our pets' care. Ki'hele was our first 'baby' to visit this clinic, staff were great with her. She loved 😍 all of them, even when she was in her golden years. No matter if she wasn't feeling well, she always had happy tail wags for all of them. Sadly, she crossed the 🌈 rainbow bridge last year😭💔. Everyone there shared our heartbreak & tears, and also helped us with her cremation so we could bring her home 🏡. They are very caring❤️💜highly recommended!!!

Caring, skilled and competent, and knowledgeable staff, from the front desk receptionists to the doctors. Since our first visit, Dr. Tamura and her staff have been very thorough and attentive about our concerns and took the time to educate and offer multiple suggestions to help our little pup. Dr. Tamura is very considerate about our thoughts and doubts, and always allows us to make the final decision on the course of action, with no pressure. We have been so happy with our visits and will not look elsewhere, thank you so much Waipio Pet Clinic.

We took our cat "Dagwood" to the vet to find out why he is losing weight even though he eats very well. The doctor asked for a blood test to screen him for hyperthyroidism. It turns out that is what he has, and the doctor has put Dagwood on medication to treat his illness. The total team has taken excellent care of our cats and dogs over the years, and we would never hesitate to have Waipio Pet Clinic take care of any animal we have. They are great people.

My dog Ekolu is always well taken care of by all the staff members at Waipio Pet Clinic. He enjoys visiting his doctor as well as all his aunties from the front desk staff to the vet techs/assistants. Sometimes he doesn't want to leave. They are all very professional and caring. It's always easy making appointments and the staff are good at promptly returning calls. I would highly recommend Waipio Pet Clinic to my family and friends.

My pup was having a hard time getting out of the car, and the staff were so awesome, brought him a towel and water to the car, then they helped me to carry his 85 lb self out of my SUV so he could get to his appointment. They also always treat us like family, theyʻre very responsive via text (which is so helpful for me), and they always have his food or medication that he needs whenever I need it. This is the easiest vet experience Iʻve ever had, and Iʻm super grateful for everyone at Waipiʻo Pet Clinic! Thank you all so much for all of your love and care for my Koa baby! :)
