I've been going to pet pros for years, it has been a nice convenient place to pick up food, toys and treats for our dogs over the years. Today the cashier asked about my dog as she snagged a sample size pouch of treats for me to take hime for him to try. When I mentioned he was blind and young she asked more questions. She mentioned they were having a pool party for all the local dogs this weekend and since my blind goofball wouldn't be able to go, she wanted to send me home with a treat. She proceeded to give me the cutest dog treat ever. My big blind guy absolutely loved the cookie and it was so nice to have a shop employee be so nice! PS: Monty loved the treat!

Every time I visit Pet Pros in Lake Stevens I always get a warm welcome. I am never bombarded or hovered around asking if I need help, but I am offered help if I need any. It's a perfect balance of customer service and my personal space. I always receive the assistance I need whenever I am making a decision on a new pet product I am not familiar with. I appreciate their selection of top tier animal products. I feed my pets organic, grain free, junk free food, and they carry a plethora of different treats, foods, medicines, shampoos, and even pet friendly carpet cleaner. Thank you, Pet Pros! Our animals love you!

First timers here and out experience was fantastic, we were helped by a young man who was first day on the job and he did an excellent job he recommended real dog chewy bones and that for sure was a hot with our fur baby she devoured it in 5 minutes tops! We picked up some freeze dried chicken giblets that put us on superstar status at the dog park! Thank you and for sure you will be are number one!!!!

first time shopping here and probably won’t be back. i’m a new kitten owner and this establishment wasn’t warm or welcoming very little toys for cats you have better luck at mudbay.
