We are really impressed and appreciative of this vet clinic. We unfortunately lost our sweet girl, Roxy, and they couldn't have been more kind, empathetic, and helpful throughout such a painful process. We received a letter from them days later with a note inside from the urgent care vet. She was just amazing and I'm really grateful for her support at the time. We are definitely going to be back for their services with our other pets.

Our cat's tail was partially de-gloved and we took her to a local emergency vet where we were treated poorly to say the least. However, the following morning we contacted Frontier Village Vet and we were treated like family. The staff was kind and efficient! They never kept us waiting long, and when they said our cat needed to have part of her tail amputated, they were very compassionate! The surgeon himself came out and explained everything including that he would have to work an extra long day to fit her in as his surgical schedule was full, but he didn't want to keep her waiting. They also, gave me a breakdown of all the costs involved but in the end charged us, literally, hundreds of dollars less than their original estimate! (This BTW was half of the estimate, for the same procedure, with the crappie emergency vet.) Now our cat is on the mend and hasn't shown any signs of pain or discomfort (other than hating the cone). She is on the road to recovery and I can't say enough good things about the staff at Frontier Village Vet! If you love your pet and want them treated the best then I give them my highest recommendation!

Yes. A 5 star. Our sweet baby kitty girl ended her life here and we are so grateful! For their care and compassion at such a difficult time. We were allowed all the time we wanted to say our goodbyes (she actually passed in my daughter's arms which was a big comfort to her) and the services as well as a memento didn't break the bank. Looking forward to bringing our other pets there for their other services. Thank you all from my heart.

I called about 30 minutes before closing and talked to a very nice man. I was worried that my dogs spay incision was infected. They asked me questions and we decided it was not an emergency. I was appreciative of this because it saved me the money and time of a pet ER visit. They got us in the next day. Vet assistant was so friendly & relatable. The vet herself has a very gentle manner and is knowledgeable with facts not opinions. Such a good vibe here.

The quality and compassion my 3 dogs get when being taken care of by this staff is amazing. These caretakers from the front desk all the way to the back with the assistants, techs, and Doctors. As long as I live here my pets will get the best in Healthcare from this amazing team of professionals!

We have been taking our cats and dogs here for many years. Everyone on staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They are so good with our dogs who get stressed out going to the vet. Over the past couple of years, we had a beloved dog and beloved cat who had major end of life medical problems. We are so grateful for the compassionate care that our pets received all the way until the end.
