First, I have never had a bad experience on the retail side of this store, everyone has always been SO friendly. But, I had my dog groomed at this Pet Smart for the first time today, and I could not be more impressed! Amber did an absolutely amazing job. I am amazed at how great he looks and it did not take that long. Thank you for such quality work, Amber, and Pet Smart crew! You made Carl feel like a million bucks! 🐶🤍

First off.. I had a bad experience at another place and called here and spoke with Jessie. When I brought my Lhasa apso in he was pretty matted but Jessie and Andrea got the job done and he looks absolutely handsome! They both were super sweet to me and my handsome senior. I really liked that they treated me kindly after leaving another place not being treated the same way. I am def coming back and bringing our other dogs here to be groomed. Pricing is reasonable as well.

They're very rough with the pets, I thought she was going to kill the frog I was adopting with how careless and rough she was being throwing things around their small adoption aquarium not caring how that could seriously injure a tiny animal. I was given a plethora of misinformation by these girls and lost a frog to it. I also felt uncomfortable in store by simply the behavior of the workers who express that they would rather be doing something else than taking care of pets. It shows.

Staff is super friendly & welcoming. Brought my pups to the groomers here and Brianna was absolutely wonderful. She was accommodating with us and our anxious pup and our crazy girl. Will definitely be using the services again.

Absolutely had the best experience here with the grooming specialists. They were helpful, kind, and treated my dog with the best care. Now he's all ready for the holidays and looking great!

If you have cats, PetSmart is so much better than PetCo. They have WAY more stuff for cats. When I went to Petco, cats seemed like an afterthought (as did the other non-dog pets). I drive 10 miles further away just to go to PetSmart.
