I called 2 times and a prior lake police officer said he would call them. A juvenile hooded merganser flew into our glass sliding door, i thought it was dead and it started moving a bit so i k ew I could save it! NO call backs what so ever… we ended up taking the beautiful bird up to Roseville wildlife rehabilitation center 45 minutes away!!! This place should be shut down after my situation and reading all the 1 star reviews. We just want to save animals and birds unlike 4 paws apparently!!

I would give this place negative stars if I could! They wanted to meet to transfer a cat into a different kennel in an open parking lot next to a busy road! The cat freaked out and ran off! Such an avoidable situation!

I’ve called this number several times about 3 deceased cats. No answer ever! I am calling and leaving messages and the grey and white cat is still there. What owners don’t deserve closure? I work at the hospital and everyday that I go by it’s still there. Isn’t that part of your job? The lady on the answering machine is cold and distant and stated that you are closed during your business hours. WHY?? This company is horrible they do not care about cats and only care about dogs the pics you posted of cats aren’t fooling me. I’ve heard some nasty things said about you and how you treat the cats.

We crossed paths with a very domesticated kitten who was very clearly dumped or left by previous owners and wouldn’t be able to survive in the wild. After contacting several other rescue services, including the police; who all directed us to contact this agency, someone arrived to pick up the kitten. Two days later we saw a Facebook post about the exact same kitten(we cross checked photos) and we learned that 4Paws had came to pick up the kitten that night only to dump her on the other side of town to be left for dead… what kind of ‘rescue’ or human being would do this kind of thing!??

Needed emergency service for injured kittens. I called shelters, vets, and other services and all referred me to here. When I called, I was told to call a vet again and the rep on the phone was extremely condescending and had an accusatory tone as if I was being problematic. I'm very appalled by this, there was absolutely no reason for the rep to talk to me like that when I simply told him what was wrong and that I was referred. He didn't even let me ask for a referral to a potential vet to call for support, he just abruptly hung up on me after telling me I'm calling the wrong place. Per owners response: This is appalling behavior from you. Yes, your rep advised I was reaching the wrong number, but he did so in an extremely hostile way and was hostile the second he picked up the phone. Assuming these are my pets off of the very little I got to say in a 2 minute call and attacking people for trying to help strays is the reason so many animals are left for dead on the streets. Your communications need serious reworking as I noticed a lot of replies have been very hostile towards the people who are just simply needing help. Your staff are giving good people hard times for trying to help innocent lives.

They picked up our sweet husky and kept her safe overnight. The gentleman answering the phones was kind and patient when I called at 2 am and asked if I could pick her up. So glad they kept her safe and that she's back home safe and happy.🙂🙂❤️❤️🐾🐾
