I wanted to Thank VCA. Thank you, Dr. Pierce & team. Mozart had surgery on Friday. I’m thankful for the education I recieved since he was a puppy on this monster called GVD aka “Bloat” which Mozart being a standard poodle he’s at risk for. I appreciate Dr. Pierce knowledge, experience and her advocacy for animals. I also appreciate her providing me resources and explaining in layman’s terms what happens to dogs when “GVD” attacks, most don’t survive & you have a window of time to get them into surgery. A successful GVD surgery was provided along with neuter & teeth cleaning Surgery day everything went well. Dr. Pierce communicated constantly with me on the treatment plan which I appreciated. I was a nervous reck however Alyssa, Richard, Amaya ALL were great. Mozart looked good. We were treated well. Thanks, Dr.Metzgar, Dr.Mackenzie, major thanks Edgar(I love this manager), Liz (vet tech), Bridget hotel manage ( the kindest) as well as Denise( Hotel receptionist) , and Quoran (Bather-hotel). It truly takes a village. I am very pleased, thanks so much for everything you do for Mozart. Also, VCA, I LOVE the VCA app what an incredible tool you have for pet parents. I LOVE being able to have access to a vet tech who was able to assist me with the resources & phone numbers for my emergency with my dog. That app is priceless. Thank you team. Kudos!!! & Dr.Pierce for going the extra mile to ensure my Bestfriend was taken care of.

Super caring group of people. Doctor was thorough as well. My issue is with the pricing. They refused to tell me ahead of time how much the tests would be and I now know why! Their rates are not for the faint of heart, or more importantly, those of us that live paycheck to paycheck. If I had known, I could have adjusted my budget for it. I feel like my cat is getting good care. If it weren't for the lack of pricing disclosure, I would give 5 stars.

Incredible. Dr. Neger is unlike any vet I’ve ever went to. He is thorough with his answers and even goes as far as to text me back if I have any questions. He is caring, efficient, and you can tell he has passion for animals. I will continue to come to VCA because you know they truly care about your fur baby. 5 stars!!!

The staff here is so sweet and welcoming! I always have a great experience with them. The true super star here is Yvette! I have been coming here for several years and received her help for a variety of things. She is beyond attentive and caring of my dog. It is heartwarming and truly rare to encounter someone with so much love for animals as she does. If you want your pet to always have the best experience at the vet, come here and request Yvette’s services. We can’t thank her enough for all she’s done! -Bill 🐾 and his family 🩵

I brought my cat Cinnamon in because he hurt his paw. Dr Metzger and her assistant Sharon were wonderful and immediately spotted the problem and fixed him up in no time at all. I think he really appreciated the gentle care they provided him. He purred all the way home! Thank you Sharon & Dr Metzger!

Simmons Animal Hospital will always be our family veterinary. Yvette De Sosa is wonderful. Very thorough explaining the issues my pet has experienced. Detailed descriptions of my pets health problems. Never leaves questions unanswered. Overall great experience every time. I have absolutely no complaints on the care she has provided my fur baby. Thank you!
