Ever since Dr Zelmer, left this place has fallen to shambles. If I can give this place a zero l absolutely would. One of the technicians was completely insensitive to a Hispanic woman who just had her dog pass away. She proceeded to say to her coworkers that the Hispanic woman needs to get herself together and make a decision on cremation because the place was closing up soon. The red hair woman I believe Amy, gave my cat dog food as the prescription. When a family member picked up the food they notice the label with a dog and questioned it to Amy. My family member than placed me on the phone with Amy and confirmed it was the correct prescription and that it's just the label and food can be given to both dogs and cats. We did a little research and noticed the brand make two separate labels; one for cats one for dogs. This place is absurd and you best believe a complaint with the BBB will be filed. Please take into consideration that we have been coming to this location for years. We have had roughly 7-8 pets visit this location with proper care. For the last three months we noticed a change and it must be due to the change in veterinarian as it's being trickled down to the rest of the staff. If the owner is seeing this review please note that is first hand experience and I wish no other pet parent has to go through the ordeal we have gone through. With that being said, please get a second opinion if you visit this vet.

I have been coming to River Bridge for 10 years and I have never had one bad experience. I fully trust the staff and Dr. Fox with all of my animals. The animal hospital is clean and the staff are always patient and kind towards us. They answer any questions we have. Dr. Fox has cared for MANY of my animals. Rocky (16 year old polydactyl tabby cat), Journey (boarder collie), Mollie (Australian Shepard), Max (12 year old pit mix), Sadie (3 year old mix), and those who have crossed the rainbow bridge, Harley, Smokey, and Cookie. As you can see he's cared for many animals of mine. Thank you for being awesome and we of course will come here for years to come!

We took our lab here for the first time since moving to Florida! Everyone was extremely helpful & friendly. The vet techs & front desk all came to say hi to him & he got plenty of treats. Dr Fox was informative & super friendly too. Our dog is a little afraid of the vet but he made sure he was comfortable. Highly recommend them!

We have been bringing our dogs and cats to RB Animal Hospital for many years. The doctors and all staff are very caring and kind. They always take time to follow up after each visit to check on the pet that was seen. Really appreciate this a lot. ❤️😊❤️

I don't even know where to start. Everyone at the hospital is amazing. It was a long hard week for us. Our 16 year old baby girl Holly had slipped coming through the doggie door and did something to her back. When I called on a Saturday morning, Amy was on the spot with an appointment. Dr. Zellmer saw her and gave us a prednisone plan to get her back up and running. Throughout the week, Holly decided it was just time to go to the eternal dog park in the sky. Holly passed peacefully at home, but that's where Amy and Sam truly stood out at the hospital. They helped with all the final plans, they were kind, compassionate and truly caring. We brought Holly into the hospital and they took care of giving her a dignified cremation. During the week after her passing Dr. Zellmer took the time to send us a hand written sympathy card, which meant the world to us. She showed us how much she truly cares for her patience and their humans!! I went back to the hospital to pick Holly up and was completely blown away but what they had done. The package I was handed was a surprise. I was expecting a cardboard box with Holly's cremains in it but that's not what i was handed. I was handed a velvet bag with a beautiful wooden urn, a patch of fur and a paw print. Absolutely amazed at what they had done for us. Everyone at RiverBridge Animal hospital is AMAZING!!
