Everyone at Pet Point is amazing. My rottie recently passed away, and Pet Point went above, and beyond to help me every step of the way in order for it to be a smooth transition. And to top it off, Saturday I received a letter from them in the mail, offering their condolences, and also had the original inked paw prints and nose prints of my dog. It brought a lot of joy to my heart in a time of sadness. I appreciate you all, and will definitely be back when I get my next pup. God bless you all.

I brought my cat in for a uti, I've experienced it with another cat before so I knew some of the signs, I was expecting the typical diagnosis and the standard uti med that is known to help. But when I got there it wasn't simple for them, I got the run around about how it could be multiple other things then they came back with an almost $1000 estimate. They ran some "tests" and it was confirmed that it was a standard uti. My cat was then prescribed the wrong medication for the the wrong diagnosis, I was unaware of this because I had put my trust in their knowledge, I now realize I shouldn't have. My cat got sicker within a day, and two days later died of kidney failure the morning of his urgent vet visit. For how serious this situation was I feel as though it was not treated as such. It felt like all they wanted was my money and not to genuinely help my cat, there were signs, I'm sure they could've caught how serious it was. The whole time I was there it felt like the vet wanted to be right, like he couldn't accept that he didn't make the original diagnosis himself, even when he came back with the uti diagnosis he used different terms for it as if to label it differently. There is a lack of people skills here which is extremely upsetting especially in this field of work.

First time appointment was today. The appointment with our dog and cat was great. Mariah was extremely helpful throughout the visit. Dr. Moses was great and very nice. Our dog and cat were calm throughout the whole visit. I highly recommend using this vet!

I love taking my pet here! The staff is super friendly and informative. The price here is reasonable and I trust them with my pets. They made sure to check up on your pet after surgery and always on top of appointments and reminders. They always give my dog extra love and attention when I bring him in.

Dr Moses has been caring for my fur babies for many years now. And as my little white 13 year-old Aspen became very sick, I would trust no one else with his care than Dr. Moses at pet point animal Hospital! I can only tell you that if I had taken him to the emergency vet the evening before, I would’ve been raked through the coals financially and still lost my very sick dog! But Dr. Moses walked me through what was wrong with him, treatments that were available possibly, but during examination his heart gave out💔 The care and compassion that was given to me during this time felt like it was from a friend. And honestly any other doctor would’ve charged me for that x-ray yet they did not! I highly value his compassion, his honesty, and his care for my animals and also fairly enough, my pocketbook!!! And you all know exactly what I’m talking about because many have been taken advantage of by money hungry veterinarians that don’t care about your pet they only care about their bottom line! I can promise you Dr. Moses is nothing like them he is a breath of fresh air and I am so thankful to have the opportunity to of met him and his staff❤️

This is a fantastic Pet Hospital. Doctor Moses is very knowledgeable and patient with the pets. He also takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions you may have. He and his staff are very accommodating and friendly. Jessica called me when I missed an appointment I had scheduled with my dog Akira. She was able to fit me in later that same day. Their prices are very fair as well. I highly recommend Dr Moses and Pet Point (Akira does too!)
