Description "Dogs live in our homes as part of our families until their forever home is found."
We have had this little guy for a few weeks now. He is such a great dog. He fit right into our family. You can tell this rescue really cares and loves these special dogs. I recommend them 100%. The whole process was very corona friendly.
We were looking for a small young dog for a little rescue that we already had. It was easy to make decisions on the dogs here because there is such great detail. Did they get along with cats did they get along with other dogs did they like children were they potty trained did they have some issues you might have to deal with. All rescues have issues but they pointed out whatever little issue they could think of that the foster noticed so that you’re well prepared to welcome the new dog in your home. The foster mom that we had was absolutely fantastic she had all kinds of pictures of him and a four page introduction of things that he like And or didn’t like how he behaved everything you could think of ! She made a point of telling me that I should call her for any reason concerning him she would be happy to answer any questions or help me with any issues that may come up so it’s been an absolutely wonderful experience! My husband and I absolutely adore our little Oliver !
I was given a chihuahua unfortunately I was unable to keep her I called Mary she came 1 hour after and took her in. I hope she is able to find her a new home.
I'll be relocating soon. I anticipate being able to bring my two fur babies with me. If I can't, I'd reach out to Mary T's Chis to find suitable homes for them. They are the two most loving little pups and they deserve an awesome home.
This is a bit late but I was calling around to find some help on re-homing my mother's dog due to some behaviour issues and I was getting nowhere. I didn't want her to be put down in a shelter because she has some slight behaviour issues and luckily Mary was able to help us. Not only did she give advice and share her experience with dogs like coco (and even my newly adopted yorkie-poo) but she came to my mother's house to pick coco the same day I discussed needing her help. Very reliable, does everything she says. She was super kind and my mother absolutely loved her. Even though she was sad that she had to let coco go, She knew her dog was going into good hands. I wanted to adopt from Mary in the past so I knew her standards for how she rehomed her dogs were top notch. Even after she took coco she still wanted to stay in touch for any of my current dog needs or just to see how coco was doing. It's great that there's people like Mary out here willing to give these dogs a second fighting chance. Thank you. She is definitely someone who cares and whether you're adopting or re-homing a pet with her, you're in great hands.
I have fostered two dogs with Mary T's Chis and I have to say I failed both times because I adopted both of my fosters. I have never seen 2 women - Mary and Debbie work so unconditionally hard to save dogs. I went with Mary on a trip to Harrison to get to dogs from one of her fosters. Mary never quits I do not know how she does it. We need Donations and really she needs a station wagon type car or minivan as her car just has only so much room. If I had the money I would buy her one. Maybe we should start a GO FUND ME account for a new or used vehicle for her.
