Pathetic department. Not sure it deserves taxpayers' money. These people didn't do anything regarding dog barking problem in the neighborhood. They wasted hours and hours of my time in writing up a log and in the end didn't do anything on it. Do your job! Deserves negative points if I could give.

This is the worst shelter to talk to anyone. I agree great jobs making it hard on us who list a family member and grieve daily. I would move if I had the funds just to not deal with this shelter that runs themselves. I got one will post on every account I have and make it public of such horrible services this place has that I hope they go under fast. So we find out lived ones. What idiots keep them only 5 days and never answer phones and then say come identity them I call for a reason and where is your DOA list because I got one don't want my to come there for that let alone see them in such a list

Tried calling multiple times about two dogs being loose in my neighborhood with no answer during business hours. Not really sure why it seems like they have a problem answering the phone.

This should actually be a negative star count. The staff is extremely unhelpful combative and unprofessional. It almost feels like this shelter get paid to keep homeless pets there like they don’t want you to be reunited with your pet. They are very secretive sneaky and refuse to give you any helpful information they run around your questions and act as if you ask a question they might not know or might not like. It’s almost like they look at you with discontent and confusion over the question or their having to respond that question.

Guy who answered kept cutting me off like he had to get back to his lunch break or something. They never came for the dog and it ended up getting hit by a car. Useless.
