Dr. Pol must be hiding in there! Our rooster needed surgery- no problem; one of our cats needed spaying- no worries; my precious Holland Lope, Andrew "Loaf" Hoen was neutered, years ago. They took care of my Andrew through his long and happy life- nine years worth, and when he passed they sent a sympathy card. Last week I took Loaf to be cremated. As I handed over his small frozen body, the tears welled up. The staff was so kind. As I went to my car, I lost it. They understood. Thank you so much! Love you guys!

Each time I visit Chadwell Animal Hospital, the staff members are always very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gold has been great with my red eared slider and my baby red foot tortoise. He always explains everything thoroughly and answers all of my questions and addresses all of my concerns. The front desk staff are always nice and they always remember me and my pets’ names. I highly recommend Chadwell Animal Hospital! We travel from about 40 minutes away and it is well worth it!

I can’t say enough good things about Chadwell! I’ve been coming here with my cats for almost 8 years. My cat Parker has had many issues and they have been absolutely invaluable during his life. They saw him again this morning or a moments notice and I couldn’t be more grateful

I have been going to Chadwell for almost 10 years and I have always been happy with the care my dogs have received. I felt compelled to write a review after I had to hospitalize one of them for the first time. The compassion that Taylor showed for my dog (and myself) when she initially took us back to the exam room was absolutely amazing. Dr. Gold was amazing as per usual, and went over all options for treatment with me thoroughly. I am very thankful for the care my pup received over the weekend. Taylor also went above and beyond when I picked him up. She taught me how to perform the procedures to care for him at home, and she truly cared so much about his well being. You could tell how well he was treated in his time of need. I’m truly grateful now more than ever that I chose this practice all those years ago. A special thank you to Dr. Gold and Taylor.

So warm and welcoming kind to my baby. Dr. Schaupp makes me and my 13 year old Pomeranian Daisy feel so comfortable. Daisy has been handled so gently. Truly is compassionate and it shows. Takes such care and time spent with me asking questions and listening. The technicians have been wonderful kind warm and handle my Daisy with such care as well. The front desk is always smiling warm and welcoming also. I can not say enough!!!

We took our pet to get euthanized and they were so respectful. They gave us a private room to mourn and spend time with our pet. They went above and beyond for being conscientious and caring. And while he was alive they did their best to give good advice. It's just such an expensive venture for pet care that we had new other choice we couldn't afford to pay for the test he needed.
