Called Pesky Paws last January to help tell me what critter issue I had. Duane came to my house in Oscoda and checked it over briefly and decided I had bats. Said he would come back when night temp is over 45 to fix the issue. I emailed him and called several times over the summer and was told "I am on his list". NEVER came back or responded all summer and now its fall again with the same issue. I would NOT recommend them.....very unreliable. If it was because I don't live in alpena then he should have said NO, instead of taking my money and not following up as promised. Amy Reynolds

Some neighborhood children found a wounded bird and it needed to be cared for and rehabilitated or it would most like die. I took it and tried calling Animal Control as well as DNR, who promptly told me they only help birds of prey such as Hawks and Eagles. Although Pesky Paws was unable to help us, the woman I spoke to cheerfully mentioned another business who may be able to help the bird. Her information panned out and I was able to get the bird to a rehabilitation home that will hopefully be able to nurse it back to health.

We received wonderful service for an unfortunate bat issue that we had in our attic. So happy to have someone local for these types of situations! If you need assistance with bat removal, Duane is your guy!

They handle non-domestic animals only, but they'll still try to give you advice and stuff. Very friendly people. :-)
