I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Rise for taking such great care of my very nervous girl who wasn't feeling her best! My girl must have really liked the staff because she reportedly did fantastic with them!! She has been to some vets that she wouldn't let them touch her, but here she actually cooperated and apparently was very sweet with them! She liked the staff! What a huge difference that makes in the experience of such a nervous dog! Thank you soooo much! What a beautiful facility too! I love that the rooms are quiet and peaceful, which also helped calm her nerves! Sending her home with the cute bandana was such a nice and appreciated touch! She is still wearing it today, even though her visit was several days ago! We just love and appreciate it so much! So cute! Thank you! I highly recommend this place! Very knowledgeable and professional, as well as kind and caring!! 🐺🐺👧🏻

Rise was recommended to me by a friend and when I brought my cat in for emergency care this afternoon they took such care with him and did everything they could to save him. They were so kind and compassionate with me and updated me frequently with how his treatment was going. The waiting area was very inviting and they offered beverages and snacks while you waited. Unfortunately my sweet cat Bear did not respond to treatment and continued to decline and I made the hard decision to put him out of his pain and let him go. I was able to spend time with him and say my goodbyes as he quietly passed. The doctor and staff were so kind to me and helped me get through this heartbreaking day. Thank you Rise staff for taking care of my Bear and me today.

I’m not usually one to leave a review, especially unprompted, but Rise has earned it. I’ve been here multiple times in the past 6 months with my immune compromised dog. Dr Collinet ,the neurologist , is the best in her field. She never made us feel rushed and has gone above and beyond to answer questions and fully explain our path. She has even responded to my email when she is out of the office. I’ve never been so impressed. In addition, we have seen multiple ER docs. Dr Shepard recently treated my dog for an allergic reaction and she also went out of her way to research all her medication due to her complex health history and I felt comfortable we were in good hands. What Rise has created at this beautiful facility is impressive. Top notch care. We are so grateful to have this nearby.

My sweet little boy Jaxson became very ill and couldn't make the car ride to our usual vet. I took him to Rise and recieved the heartbreaking news that my sweet boy wasn't going to live much longer. They were willing to do everything to help him, but it would've only prolonged his pain. The entire staff, every single person, was so incredibly kind. I didn't want him to suffer, but I wasn't ready to let him go that day. The staff completely understood, gave Jaxson the most gentle care, made him comfortable so that I could take him home and spend the rest of the day and night holding him. The next day, my birthday, I took my handsome boy back to Rise to say goodbye. On the worst day of my life the staff were so kind and accommodating. They wrapped him up in a soft blanket and brought him to me. They let me hold him for as long as I needed before the end and after. I got home today to find a card in the mail from Rise. Every single staff member wrote a short paragraph conveying their condolences and words of comfort. The staff at Rise gave the best and most honest care for my sweet boy. I cannot express how much I appreciate these people other than to say I would whole heartedly recommend their services to absolutely everyone.

This is the second time I've been back in the last three weeks to this clinic. I have now been waiting over four hours and nothing has been done to my dog. I came in at 4:30 pm and I'm still sitting in a room waiting for the doctor to come back in at 8:45pm. I was so excited when this clinic opened because we needed a new state of the art clinic here in South Orange County as Blue Pearl had gone downhill over the last 15 years with management and staff. I was hoping and was told they had the best doctors here, and the best care would be given to my pet. This is my second pet that has come here. The first pet had an auto immune disease and had great care at Access in LA. She is being monitored on prednisone levels supposedly every six weeks to reduce and titrate down. The last blood work came back normal and they were supposed to book the next visit for bloodwork to titrate off, but never booked my appointment and never called me. So I suppose I'm supposed to be giving her a quarter tablet for the rest of her life? Horrible follow through on that pet, plus the disaster here again today will definitely lead me to seek treatment elsewhere or even drive to LA when my animals are sick in the future. When you come here, be sure and bring a pillow and your sleeping bag because you won't be leaving anytime soon.

Thank you Dr.Shepard and the team. During the saddest and stressful moment of losing my Angel Misha. They prepared me gave me comfort put my pain at ease. Hope this place never changes. The environment and surrounding feels like part of Heaven. It was the first time my Dogs were not scared to walk into a vet hospital. They didn’t overcharge with unneeded services. Most important they did what’s best For my Misha 🙏🏼 thank you for the comforting heartwarming card you sent to my Home felt like Misha is at peace
