Had to take my pup here as he began sneezing one evening and just would not stop. Debating calling the vet we realized the sneezing could be an emergency when he had some blood come out. The staff at Healing Hearts was beyond helpful, communicative, and kind. The vet explained to us in detail the potential costs and outcomes of any procedure so we could determine if we were capable of doing the right thing. I am so relieved that they were able to locate the foxtail in my dog’s nose with the scope they had. They explained that if they did not find anything our next step would be to go to a specialist. I am grateful that the vet allowed me to make the very hard decision on how to treat my dog and gave me all the information she could in order for me to make my best decision. I hope that I never have another emergency situation, but was glad we could get the very best care in our situation. Thank you to an amazing team of clinicians and tech services.

I took my 6 mo old puppy here on a Sunday after she ate a pack of xylitol gum. My vet recommended this place even though it was NOT the closest emergency clinic to my house. Within an hour of her consuming the gum they had induced vomiting and recommended a treatment plan that involved blood work and monitoring. I got her home after 36 hours and no liver failure whatsoever (which I attribute to her being seen and treated so promptly). Thank you to Dr. Supance and team who took good care of my girl!

First, thank you to the staff and the Vet (sorry can’t remember her name but she was wonderful) on call that evening when we brought out sweet Charlie in. Unfortunately tragically and unexpectedly we would not be bringing her home. Our 11yr old Aussie had lots of fluid in the sac around her heart and was shutting down fast. They took her right in and from there everything happened so fast. Her diagnose and prognosis was not a good one. We had to make decisions fast and the Vet was so compassionate and honest with us, and while it was such a difficult time, we were truly grateful for her empathy and raw emotions. We were very impressed with everyone that we had interaction with. The hospital was very clean, organized and well staffed. The pricing was very fair and not outrageous like most emergency hospitals. It was after hours when we were there. Thank you!

Really grateful for the staff here. As someone who’s been around a lot of animals I’m no stranger to veterinary care, the treatment the veterinarian recommended was spot on. You can definitely trust Healing Hearts to give your pets the right care. They were able to patch my dog up after she got into a kerfuffle. When it came time to get her stitches removed, I was fighting a health issue myself, which made waiting around a challenge. One of the vet techs recommended I come by when they opened at 6 PM to get the stitches removed. That was really helpful advice and I didn’t have to wait too long which made it easier on me. Both Tazzy and I are doing much better. Couldn’t have done it without you guys.

An absolutely amazing place, as a person who has a problem dog, I've been to my share of Emergency rooms, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and someone looked at pet Immediately, while I filled out some information, they came out afterwards and let know that it would be a bit of a wait for the doctor to talk to me, (not a surprise), I did wait a bit, but they have snacks and coffee while we wait, I talked to Dr. B? I'm not sure of his name, extremely patient, answered all my questions, the staff I encountered with after were able to answer any follow up question, and get my dog feeling well again! I was even more surprised when they gave me a timeline to see my vet again to make sure everything was going well, all and all, its clean, welcoming, and the staff is patient, and welcoming, Rocky says Thank you Dr. B for helping him through a very upset stomach!

We had one the worst nights of my husband/i’s life at this place: our 9 year old cat Buffy passed away here. Though I want to highlight how amazing the team here was and how thankful my we are and were for everyone here on April 19, 2023. The team here were all very emphatic, respectful, and caring; I know they did their best to save my beloved Buffy. I called at 745p frantic describing my cat’s symptoms, I got to speak with someone immediately and they listened to me and advised me to come in ASAP (it was comforting). Upon arriving, they immediately took Buffy in and started working on her (she couldn’t breathe; we later found out she had fluid in her lungs). My beloved Buffy would pass shortly after they got her, there was too much fluid in her lungs and she had a heart attack. My husband and I were very upset, and the team here gave us space and time to process what happened. They were the only vet hospital open so late and I’m so grateful. Everyone here was beyond kind, compassionate, and respectful. We were also told that our Buffy’s body would be treated with the utmost respect afterwards (we loved that they reassured us this). I asked if we can bring our Buffy’s body home before they cremate her so I can have our other pets say goodbye; everyone was very understanding about this request and they gave us a box with her body respectfully put inside. I was touched. We brought her body back that night and the entire team respectfully came out to get her body. We paid $405 for the emergency service (Buffy couldn’t breathe and they had to work on her ASAP) and $350 for cremation with all the additives available (urn, name input, imprints) [there were cremation options for less than $100]. It was the saddest day of our lives and we thank the team here for their help that awful evening. I’d like to thank Jennifer at the front desk for her kindness and love. We were sobbing messes and she was beyond respectful and compassionate during the hardest day of our lives. She was the one that answered the phone and walked me through coming to the clinic so they can see Buffy ASAP, she processed us, and when Buffy passed away she was very comforting and compassionate. Jennifer, thank you.
