The Jennings dog pound has improved so much with the help of volunteers and the dog catcher. She has compassion for these animals. Don't be so quick to judge this young lady until you walk in her Shoes. I would not last a week with what she sees people do with there dogs. SO GLAD THEY HAVE A MAYOR AND A CHIEF THAT CARES ABOUT THESE ANIMALS. God bless all.
