My wife and I brought our 10 year old Cairn to be groomed for the first time at the store. We have had dogs for years and utilized different groomers over the years. Groomer Christine went above and beyond in our eyes in her exceptional care of Sinjin. She is extremely knowledgeable not only in grooming techniques but in the dog's overall well being. Every employee here has been helpful and friendly. We are pleased with all aspects of this store.

Always smells terrible. Fish look neglected and lots of dead fish in foul conditions. Dog kennels are abysmal. Kids appear to be running the place. I like supporting local businesses, but I can’t shop here anymore in good conscience. If you’re looking for a great fish place, try Hidden Reef a couple miles down the road.

I was able to adopt my best friend at the Pets Plus in Bensalem. At first glance I knew Butter (my dog) was meant to mine! The attention here was great, there was a large amount of puppies to pick from (which makes it even more difficult). The staff is extremely friendly, and patient when it comes to attending customer's needs. And to think that these pets are all rescues makes the cause even better.

this place has smelled absolutely disgusting for over 10 years, how?? I literally cannot understand how it smells so bad and it’s not simply because it’s a pet store. I have NEVER been to any pet store that smells like this. I cannot spend more than 5 minutes in here. I also only go here if I’m desperate because I bought a bunny from here around two years ago and it passed away within a week, which seems to be a common occurrence based on reviews. overpriced and just disgusting, truly I wish this place would just go out of business. you have be a pretty bad pet store when Petco or Petsmart is more caring.

I adopted my pup Tony from here. He's such a sweetheart and in terms of feeding the store made sure they're well taken care of. The store manager Jordan was amazingly helpful and genuinely cared about each and every pup or dog leaving the store. My pup Tony was able to pass the service dog in training assessment and I couldn't be happier. The only reason I didn't give the store 5 stars is because Tony had a belly full of 3 kinds of worms. The vet they used said there were "no sufficient findings" when I received his paperwork, which was dated 1 day before I adopted him. I took him to a vet close to me and they told me he had a belly full of worms that looked like they had been present for a month. None of the pups are house trained yet and their ages range from 2 months to 1 year when I was there.
