The service I receive for my fur babies is great. Their doctor is very charming and they really like her. TeMorrow and 4Eveer have been patients here since the age of 9 weeks. Today they will make three years old in October. The hospital is very quaint and has a warm inviting atmosphere.

Wouldn't trust any other medical team for our Cody! Dr. Valerie and her staff have taken care of 4 of our dogs since the early 2000s. Bayside staff take the time to know their animal patients and their families, and that's very important to me and my husband. Liz and Jim Valk

Some of Bayside staff are very rude. The service has changed, and customers are no treated with respect... Any disputes, you no longer speak to the Vet. Take your animal else where, if you complain they will drop you as a client instead of correcting the issue staff member... sad sad.. I would have given this business 5 stars a year ago.

Found these guys through a recommendation from friends. Great find! Pandemic puppy was under the weather and finding a vet who would even entertain taking on a new client was a special kind of challenge. So glad to have them on my dog’s side.

Since Covid, it's been curbside pickup for my dogs. I make an appointment, call when I'm in the lot and they do the rest. The vet calls me after her initial exam and we confer about treatment and meds. A competent, patient and caring staff that obviously love animals. It's an efficient system and my dogs always return happy.
