My girl Stella and I have had such a great experience with Care and Comfort. They are so loving and kind to my sweet baby and she actually LOVES coming here. Both times we have been here all she wants to do is go to the back and see all of her vet friends. It’s a very clean establishment and it’s also very close to me so that’s another perk! They also have always been able to see me within 1-2 days which is very convenient! I’m so happy to have found them and they are definitely my new regular vet. Thank you to all the vets/vet techs who takes care of my baby like she is your own. It’s very very appreciated ❤️ Edit : it’s 9 months later, and I am still SO happy with Care and Comfort. My partner and I just adopted a new kitten, and Dr. Allen was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. This is our first cat, so she gave us lots of recommendations for food, insurance, and other necessities we need to know about owning a cat! The vet techs even took this adorable picture of our baby Sokka for us, without even us asking!!! Their thoughtfulness, and thoroughness continues to make me and my animals very happy and healthy. Thank you again, to Dr. Woods for taking care of my Stella, and now Dr. Allen for taking care of our Sokka. You guys are 10/10 service, and I recommend them to ANYONE!💓

The entire staff at Care and Comfort are truly some of the most caring and sweetest people I have ever encountered in vet medicine. And trust me, I have two cats and now a puppy so I have been to multiple vet clinics. Dr. Bowman is one of the best doctors! She is super transparent and easy going. She understands people do not have thousands of dollars to drop on their animals right then and there and works with you to create a plan that is cost effective and works! She explains things in a way that is easy to understand and is very patient. I cannot recommend her and the team enough. THANK YOU CARE AND COMFORT STAFF AND DR. BOWMAN!

My doggie and my best friend Sophie has seen Dr. Bowman for over 13 years. Dr. Bowman is an amazing doctor not only did she care for my best friend, she loved my Sophie as well!!! Unfortunately, yesterday I had to put Sophie down and Dr. Bowman made this difficult day ok. I highly recommend Care and Comfort Hospital and most importantly I highly recommend Dr. Bowman who not only is an amazing doctor, but she is an amazing human being.

They only want your money. My cat had to have $13,000 life-saving surgery due to sepsis only a month following her yearly exam at which the vet told us the only thing that was wrong was she needed a teeth cleaning (which was going to be over a thousand dollars including all the pre-screening costs).

Don't go to this place it's a scam. I booked an appointment and supposedly was a free exam and when I took my dog, there was nothing wrong with him. The doctor asked me couple of questions and then she gave me a list if I wanna take care of it and it was $800 I told her, I need to go ask my wife and then at the end they asked me for $77 for doing nothing and like I said this was supposedly a free but they did charge me $77 so I wouldn't recommend anybody going there

I've been bringing my cat here for the past five years, and while most of the staff are friendly and informative, Jasmine needs to be re-coached on proper phone etiquette. If you don't like your job, make room for someone else who will. I was about to schedule a dental cleaning which would have been in the ballpark of $1000-$1500 (more than I pay for my own teeth), so I absolutely don't appreciate being spoken to in the brusque, sarcastic manner which I just experienced. This place may be close to home, but if you can't even speak to a human being politely, the last thing I'm going to do is leave my pet in your care. ADDED 6/9/24: I’ve officially moved my cat away from here, and I can confirm this place is GREEDY. Back in 2021, my cat was given three vaccines at the same time which led to a volatile flu reaction (shivering, fever, drowsiness) a couple hours later. I did not see who did this to her because they weren’t allowing owners to accompany their pets into the clinic during the pandemic, but whoever was responsible should have known not to overwhelm my small cat’s system in such a reckless manner. She didn’t even need two of these vaccines because she’s an indoor cat, yet they recommended them despite this. Naturally they did not inform me of the dangers of vaccine overload, otherwise I most definitely would not have approved the treatment. I blame myself for not researching this beforehand, which is why I’m sharing my experience with other cat owners. After bringing her to Cheshire Cat Feline Health Center, I was told that it’s never advisable to administer three vaccines to a cat in one-go (unless of course you’re trying to rake up the vet bill.) Cat owners, PLEASE take your babies elsewhere. They’ll thank you and you’ll save hundreds — if not thousands — of dollars.
