Ryan always calls or texts prior to showing up and asks if we have any areas of concern. His communication skills are 💯, it is hard as nowadays to receive this level of service from a company. Our Pest Control technician has replaced the idea of the neighbor mail man. We know him on a first name basis. He’s very communicative and great to work with. Prices have steadily increased but we are still happy with Dewey.

Just after learning my property was under attack by Rodents I happened to notice a Dewey service truck across the street and approached the "Dewey Guy", telling him my story in panic. It was my lucky day! Ryan was patient and sympathetic to my needs, and before I could even ask he offered to take a look. We must have spent 30 minutes walking my property in the sweltering heat, as he assessed the situation. Ryan patiently answered my numerous questions while also explaining to me the likely causes of my problem, showing me the signs of where the critters were likely sleeping, eating, hiding, etc; and explaining how he could help. The next morning I called the local Dewey phone number as instructed. Their "answering service" took my info and promised me a quick call-back. Shortly thereafter I received a cheerful return call from Monica in Ryan's El Cajon office. Monica was already aware of my situation and was prepared to get the ball rolling. Over the course of the next few days the Dewey staff had sent me a simple E-Sign contract and answered my many questions regarding service options. Throughout this process I had needed to initiate several follow-up calls to the Dewey El Cajon office (because I'm hard-headed). Even though Monica wasn't always available the other folks that took my calls were also knowledgeable, friendly, and beyond JUST helpful; even setting me up with a return call from Ryan when I asked for a better technical understanding. Fast-forwarding to the present: After these first two weeks I can only say that Dewey kept their promises. Specifically, Ryan arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would, and did it at a cost of even less than he had originally predicted as worse-case. He even twice called to check-in with me after the first week, and offered to stop-by to ensure the bait boxes and traps were working as they should be. Thank you Dewey El Cajon: In particular, thank you Monica, Renee and Erica, and especially RYAN! You and your team have earned my trust already, and I can't imagine anyone doing it better.

Ryan our tech does an excellent job. Dewey does a good job communicating with customers, and having a very good service tech like Ryan makes all the difference. I’ve had Dewey for a few years, some techs were just Ok, but now that they have Ryan in my area I will stay them- I appreciate he fills the bait stations frequently and works to keep the ants away…summer time is bad, so it’s important to have regular service, and keep up on it
