Ive brought my older dog here for his usual annual shots but now we have a puppy and Ive came more than before and everyone is super nice, the wait is not long and the prices are very reasonable. They treat your fur baby with care and love!

I've been taking my Bentley here a couple of years now and I always shout the praises of your clinic. I just this week added a new dog of mine to the practice, a little Sheltie that I took in on a re-home named Josie. She hasn't been on any prevention so I'd wanted her on Trifexus like my Bentley. The Vet recommended Nexguard Plus because of the breed. When I found out that it cost 2x as much as the Trifexus ,I called them. And they went above and beyond and called the Collie registry to make sure for me to find out they could be safe in prescribing that. Plus all of her shots, heartworm check and getting her micro-chipped was 1/2 of what I would've paid elsewhere. I tell everybody their office isn't fancy and pretty but they are terribly nice, knowledgeable and inexpensive. I'm glad my daughter led me here because I'm now a widow and this helps my expenses. Thank you for being there and all you do! Below is my Bentley then my new little girl Josie

My pet, Kyo, is not very fond of coming to the vet. But Dr. Atkinson and her staff do an amazing job at making my boy feel safe and taken care of. They are so ready to help in any way and it is greatly appreciated!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I should’ve known not to bring my dog here for an emergency since I’ve encountered numerous bad experiences with them. My dog was having labored breathing and very restless I called around 11:00 am to ask if I could bring her in for an emergency the receptionist proceeded to tell me I could bring her in now but I would just be charged an emergency fee of $105 which I agreed to and told her I was On my way! Me and my mother drove 30+ mins from Lake Nona only to get to there let them know we were the emergency, wait for 10 mins, and be called to the back to be told “because they’re closing there is nothing they can do and we should’ve went to an emergency hospital” I informed the technician that the receptionist told us we could come and it would just be labeled as emergency and we would have to pay the $105, the technician continued to say it’s 12 o’clock and we’re closing so there’s nothing they can do while the receptionist who I am sure I spoked to coward in the corner. She knew she was wrong because she wouldn’t even come talk to us. The technician than told us that the receptionist recommended over the phone that we go to an emergency hospital but we declined and insisted I we come to the clinic which is very untrue! I told her on the phone I would come! if that was the case I wouldn’t have made such a long drive and put my dog through anxiety just to get there and leave within 10 mins. I should also warn that the receptionists first language is obviously not English because she had a heavy Hispanic accent I do not judge the quality of anyone’s work no matter the race or ethnicity, as a minority myself I understand the language barriers but to have someone who doesn’t speak fluently in English answer the phone does not help at all and really caused the whole miscommunication. JUST DON’T COME HERE. All the good reviews are most likely because of routine visits but in an emergency setting NO. As stated before I’ve had numerous bad experiences with this clinic and I blame myself for even thinking to come here in the first place but this was the only place I could think to get to that MIGHT see her I was obviously wrong. JUST DON’T COME HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND THE FUSTRATION
