I have brought my pets to Indian Valley Animal Hospital for nearly ten years. We have always had compassionate and knowledgeable care for our pets. The staff is friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I would highly recommend!

Indian Valley is top notch. They helped us with two of our beloved pets crossing the rainbow bridge. The staff is amazing. They are compassionate and caring. If you have an emergency they will get you in asap during their hours. The vet didn’t sugar coat that my sweet baby Cinder was not going to make it and when she passed they were amazing with helping us. With our cat Henry they let us spend as much time as we needed to mourn him. I love this vet.

They have beet my vet for years. The staff is very kind and caring! They took the time to call and send a card signed by all staff when my previous dog passed away. That really meant a lot to us. Always on top of things and professional.

We like the fact that when we arrive they do not overbook that you need to wait in a reception area with a lot of animals. The staff is professional and courteous and they give individual attention to our pets and their needs. They respond to my questions via email quickly and I know that my pets are in good hands.

We’ve been bringing our boys here for the last couple years. We were always pleased with our care at Indian Valley, until recently. Our dog Chase had his neuter done and 5 days later came down with kennel cough. He became severely dehydrated from the coughing and vomiting that it landed us in the emergency vet and left with a $500 bill. Our other dog Charlie then became ill. There was no where else Chase would’ve been exposed other than his surgery. We informed Indian Valley of these unfortunate circumstances and did not receive any compensation for our boys getting sick as a result of their lack of cleanliness/negligence or even as little as an apology.

I have been with Indian Valley Animal Hospital for 24 years, and the standard of care has not changed. My pets have received great health care and when it came time for my sweethearts to cross over, the staff has been very caring and sympathetic. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
