My Bruno is a rescue who was quite stranger aggressive when I adopted him. The first vet I took him to insinuated that I should consider putting him down. However, the Fear Free approach used at Telford Veterinary Hospital allows him to have as positive an experience as possible. Although exams are still challenging, he happily enters the office, approaches staff, and leads me to the exam room. Once there, he is partially sedated to keep him as calm as possible and ensure the staff's safety. The patience, care, and empathy for his past helps me to keep my beloved boy (and his sister!) healthy and safe.

We have been going to Telford Veternary Hospital for 25 years! They have taken amazing care of both of our dogs. They have gotten us in for many urgent visits through the years and are always companionable and thorough. Our favorite vet is Dr Minninger all but they are very good. Most recently Clementine needed teeth extractions and Dr Minninger noticed she had a small puncture wound on her back that had become infected and took care of it. We are so greatful for the wonderful doctors and staff at Telford Vet! Thank you for taking care of our furry family.

I recently took my cat to Telford Vet. It was such a wonderful experience. The office is si clean & spotless, everyone was so nice. My cat can be difficult at times, Dr Snyder & Arielle were wonderful with handling my precious baby. Both Dr. Snyder & Arielle made me feel comfortable & answered my questions. Dr. Snyder made suggestions to help me with my cats anxiety. Great job, Telford Vet!!

New to the neibourhood & our first experience was wonderful! They could of charged us for the visit but didn't which was a very nice surprise. Will be bringing our animals here from now on! They also have a animal salon in the back. Beautiful grounds as well, plenty of parking.

Always a calm environment, which is wonderful for our reactive Aussie. Dr. Loeffler is very thorough and has such a gentle treatment style. Elijah did an excellent intake assessment. Checkout was quick, easy. Your practice is one of the best we’ve been to - thank you for taking such great care of our Aussie girl!
