Sincerely wish I could put zero stars for this review! Found their business card at my work (have since removed it). Called for support in rehoming our dog aggressive dog. The gentleman that answered the phone was rude and intensely lacked customer service skills. At one point he told me that they were going to just "train his brain to not fight". I told him we have worked with 2 different trainers to help and he was so condescending about this. Extremely poor interaction and gave me the impression that they are not here to truly help the animals and their owners. So difficult to find honest and humane options for rehoming. We need to rehome our dog aggressive dog, but never would I bring him to these people!

They treated us with courtesy and compassion. They understand that a pet is truly a much loved part of the family. I was so pleased that their service included delivery of the cremains. That isnt done for human loved ones and going to pick them up is a very sad and emotional task. They are very efficient and this was handled very quickly and compassionately helping with closure. If I could give more than 5 stars I would

I call to check about locations.. I was told they moved everything, all the stores to somewhere out in the country... I asked for the address and they said it was ALL by appointment only... Make an appointment??? I am interested in adopting an animal, not applying for a damn job... I should be able to do this at MY leisure... NOT YOURS... I'm doing YOU a favor here..... And how am I supposed to know if I am compatible with an animal until I see it, hold it and interact with it... UPDATE YOUR DAMN WEBSITE MORONS???

If I could not put any stars on this review, I wouldn't give them any. I called this place for assistance in rehoming stray kittens, and they turned me away, saying I was not allowed to pay my own money to help these animals get the care they needed and find homes.

$300 drop off fee for a cat?? And I bet they would charged another $300 fee for adoption. Insane. Just go to a local animal shelter (gulf coast humane society- or paws) and save yourself time and money. Wise guy who answered the phone was a smart Aleck and it wasn’t professional at all.

I had to surrender my boy yesterday so I found this place. I'm hard core when it comes to my pets so when I took him in I looked hard at the facility. It was extremely clean, the kennels everything spotless. They are located out in the country side able to run and play. As for the animals there is a rescue horse they are working on and the dogs, the dogs are well fed, they have room to run shiney coats and happy. I'm not sure about the other reviews yet from what I seen the facility clean andanimals are well cared for
