We hired Sterling Wildlife to remove an Armadillo. The representative on the phone scoffed when I asked if they were sure they could catch the animal. Their contract is a flat trapping fee for one week. I asked the representative whether 1 week was enough time to catch the animal. His response was that has been trapping for over 20 years, he knows how to capture these animals, and it will take him less than a week to trap the reptile. After signing their contract he laid the trap. I'm not sure how many times the trapper came to look at the trap. He came at least two additional times that I'm aware of to reposition the trap. During that time, the armadillo created two other burrows on other sides of my property. The trapper advised me to fill the burrows with pea gravel and to lay down Armadillo Scram purchased from Amazon. The armadillo only dug new burrows. At this point, I'm over $600 out of pocket, with more damage to my yard, and the same problem. Sterling Wildlife asked me to renew my contract to continue trapping, but there is a loss of confidence at this point.

I've never had a wildlife issue since moving to Florida 7 years ago until now. My experience with Florida wildlife is zero. After many calls to other services ... Sterling Wildlife took the most time explaining everything and was very transparent with pricing and process. They even arrived at my home within a short amount of time to assess the situation. (Yay!!!) My wildlife issue became a non-issue before I hired them. Needless to say, should a problem arise... This is my go to company. Thank you!

My call was routed to Trapper Rob (Robert). He was so informative. He advised that the raccoon we called about would leave at night. Most companies would have just tried to make a buck and come out knowing the animal would leave. That wasn't the case with this company. He was very helpful and professional. He is an asset to this company! Call this company 1st as the other 2 I called before wanted to come out and charge us $300+ to trap and remove an animal that would leave on its own.

I had some Squirrels removed from the attic by Sterling and have to say they got the job done...these guys did a great job and I did not have to worry about getting bitten by a very aggressive mother squirrel who could have had rabies. They even cleaned up all the squirrel poop, and I have since referred them to a buddy with some major raccoon problems. If you need wildlife control give these guys a call!

As a Realtor I've had several homes with rodent issues over the past year that needed to be addressed prior to closing. Not only has Sterling Wildlife gotten rid of all the critters in a timely manner their staff has excellent customer service and is very knowledgable. Robert came out and gave me an honest evaluation of the situation. Previously a different vendor had try to sell me a $3000 effort for a non issue. Honest contractors are hard to come by. I highly recommend Sterling Wildlife.
