I've got a 1 dog 2 cat's and 2 ferret's, I wish this was a regular veterinarian I love this place they go above and beyond everyone from the front desk the vet techs and doctors are all very polite and friendly! They give my Sr dog his arthritis injection every cpl of wks a medication that they recommend and it has been great for him what a big difference in his movement! Sadly the vet I've used for 25 years never even told me this was an option!! Everyone is very knowledgeable and the vet is comfortable seeing my ferrets when I have an emergency situation! Excellent all the way around 😊

PetCheck Urgent Care was an excellent resource. Staff was informative and friendly. They have a great feature within an app. The app tells you what number you are in the queue. That way you don’t have to sit at PetCheck waiting to be seen. My 1st time utilizing something like this and whoever created this knows just the peace of mind getting your pet care when your pet is sick. My dog Chuckle is 14 yrs old. That’s 98 in human years. He’s old. Although he doesn’t look old he definitely is experiencing different elements as he gets older. My vet couldn’t see Chuck for 3 days straight because they said they were swamped every morning when I called to see if he could get in. They suggested PetCheck Urgent Care. PetCheck got me an appointment for the same day. Thank goodness because it’s a holiday weekend and I couldn’t wait any longer. As I was really scared for Chuckie’s health. They can message you through the app. That’s super convenient. The app kept me updated as to what number I was in the queue. The app told me when I should leave so I would be on time. I love that! I live 45 minutes away so it was super helpful. I was right on time. Everyone was really nice. The vet explained what was wrong with Chuckie. The vet prescribed medication and they had the medication. That also was super important. The bill was very reasonable and I had no problem paying it. I wish I could take Chuck there even when he’s not sick. I’m not sure you can’t but they don’t make appointments. It’s strictly an emergency needed basis. I have nothing but good things to say about PetCheck. I’ll be sure to tell my family and friends about my experience and how great and convenient PetCheck Urgent Care is. Cumberland County NJ needs to have a Pet Check asap.

I took my unhappy little dog to PetCheck at 9am. There was a line outside but everyone was processed pretty fast. Then the waiting began. It took some time to see a tech and vet but it was worth the wait. My dog was taken care of and got medicine for her itchy skin and clogged "back-end area." Dr. Megan was nice and she was very thorough. I will definitely take my pets there when our regular vet is too busy!

Archer returned for his checkup shots today, The drs are fantastic there and so good with him, he actually likes going there. He loves all the personal attention from the drs and especially the ladies at the front desk.

This pet care urgent care was the best the dr Sarah the front desk the vet techs were all awesome their bed side manner was more then a ten rating they were compassionate sympathetic wanted to do everything they could to make my pet feel better I couldn’t have asked for a better experience we can’t thank them enough For taking care of my Oreo, thank you all of you girls. I will definitely be back.

Loved the vet and vet tech, very compassionate care as I had to put my kitty down. Front desk was also caring and professional. Very clean facility, which is a plus. The wait time, despite having secured a place in line, was long due to emergencies (hence, the loss of one star). Overall, I highly recommend. Pictured is my old girl waiting to be seen.
