We love VCA Venture! We have been taking our dog to VCA Venture for about a year now, and we feel so fortunate to have such a caring and considerate veterinary team close by. Whether it's a routine appointment or an urgent situation, I know that our pup and our family will get lots of TLC from everyone on staff. The administrative staff, veterinarians and techs are all warm, helpful, and patient. They explain everything thoroughly and always answer every question we have. Thank you VCA Venture team!

Worst vet experience of my life. I’ve never been to a most unprofessional, disrespectful vet clinic ever. The blonde lady upfront was the most rude woman I’ve interacted with. She didn’t even welcome me when I arrived, nor asked me any information, it was only because my pet name was brought up mid conversation with another customer that she acknowledged me and rudely said you’re beyond late, I set my appointment for 4PM, wasn’t notified by text, or email that it was changed to 3:30. I arrived at 3:45, 15 minutes prior to when I was scheduled for and then they deny me and say I have to reschedule because they’re booked but a random person comes in WITHOUT an appointment and immediately gets taken care of. I told another employee my cat is really ill, he’s throwing up and has diarrhea and she completely ignored and asked if I wanted to be rebooked. I do not recommend this place at all. 04-05-2024

Needed to find a new vet for my dog, Sadie after moving to Los Angeles. After my first visit, I am convinced I made the right choice! Their lobby is so nice and has a unique layout that promotes a comfortable space for people and their pets. Right off, Teri, the CSR was amazing. She came right over to us and was so sweet with Sadie. As we waited for our appointment, I watched her make her way around to every single pet parent in the lobby. She clearly makes it a point to build relationships and make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. We saw Dr. Zovata and she was so great with Sadie. She was friendly and gentle with her and even though Sadie was nervous. She took her time and addressed all my concerns for the appointment. Andrew, the tech was very helpful and efficient. He explained everything to us, got her vaccines done super fast and even let us know we could contact him at the clinic throughout the day if there were any issues. This is a great team and I look forward to seeing them again in the future!

They always are very communicative. Very nice newly renovated lobby. We had a terrific experience recently with Dr. Pearl Chen who was extremely caring and helpful in taking care of our nervous dog, Banzo. Thank you everyone who works here!
