I made an appointment for my dog..how is it possible to cancel an appt..if they don't answer..their mailbox is full..my husband and I moved and during the move apparently we left the leash at our previous home that wasn't fully packed so I just realized I didn't have it..my dog is trained on wireless collar..I wanted to know of they would allow me to use one of their leaches..but after at least 15 also it is so hot outside I can't even leave him for a second in my vehicle..calls no answers..no way to cancel on line either..so now I will be a no show and I hate that..I worked by appointments also and I didn't like no shows either..plus they don't answer emails..I learned that a week ago. So this isn't my fault it is theirs.

Not a fan of the way they have every one bring there pets at the same time and then pick them all up at the same time
