Wonderful non profit EMS agency. The providers are very friendly and very knowledgeable at what they do. It's a shame that the City of Bristol Virginia is trying to shut them down. The City is all about the money, whereas the Bristol Life Saving Crew is all about patient care and the well-being of the citizens of Bristol Virginia.

they mistreated my husband and I am the person who got him out of the house and up to the stretcher. they unhooked his oxygen cord while he was walking and threw it on the ground outside that could have killed him if I wouldn't have changed the entire hose out. they made terrible comments about him they hurt him and thought it was funny. one person would ask him a question and when he tried to answer another person told him to be quiet. he got to they hospital in more pain then when he called for help.
