I cannot give enough praise for Air Animals! My fiance and I were relocating to Uruguay from St. Louis, Missouri and wanted to bring our 9 month old English Bulldog puppy with us. Unfortunately, many of the airlines have banned these brachycephalic breeds and we were facing the very real possibility of having to leave Myrna behind. After some research, I came across a website that listed various animal relocation services, Air Animals being one of the top rated and recommended. I can see why! After putting in an online inquiry, I was contacted shortly by Krystal, who explained the process to me over the phone very thoroughly and clearly. Within the next few weeks, she provided me a listing of everything that would be needed - travel crate, vet checks, required tests, documents. All clearly outlined with specific due dates. Even in my own research online, many of the sites did not tell me I would need to get a Leishmania test for Myrna in order to get into Uruguay! Krystal was also incredibly patient and flexible with me. As a nervous dog mom, I am sure I emailed her over the average amount with questions - she never expressed any sort of frustration. She clearly answered my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she would follow up with a resource and get back to me at a later point. I never felt left out of the loop or in the dark. The days of travel would have been unbearably stressful for me; knowing that Myrna is a snubbed nosed breed had me on edge. However, the photos provided by Air Animals and their affiliates in Chicago and Germany, showed that Myrna was doing remarkably well and being well taken care of! The facilities were amazing and looked better than I could have expected - clean, orderly, warm. I was blown away! Myrna arrived safely in Uruguay and, after a day or two of adjusting, became her old self in no time! Uruguay has proven to be an oasis for her - she's living her best life, having "zoomies" sessions more than when we lived in the States! This would not have been possible without Air Animals. I sincerely hope that Uruguay will be our "forever" home but, if not, then I will certainly look to Air Animals first for any pet relocation that is needed. They went above and beyond my expectation and I am so happy I found them!

AirAnimal was recommended to us by the TLC Animal Hospital in Boca for shipping our two Glen of Imaal terriers back to Ireland . Maritza , was very knowledgeable, and efficient in providing services and guiding me through the complex steps. Today, Honey and Zelda were safely delivered to Kinsale Ireland. Maritza in the US and Irene in Ireland kept us updated at each stop and what care Honey and Zelda received. Excellent job !Highly recommend. I Thank you Maritza and Irene!

We used Air Animals to help us navigate the tricky and often confusing rules of moving our two dogs from the U.S.A. to the U.K. We made a similar move 13 years ago when dogs had to be quarantined for 6 months and although this is no longer the case, the rules in England are extremely strict. We called Air Animals to help with the process and they could not have been better! Michelle, our International Move Manager, was well informed and able to explain exactly what needed to be done and when. Timing is everything! She answered all our questions with knowledge and efficiency while being proactive, ensuring every part of the plan was executed correctly. Michelle’s attention to detail was remarkable! One the day the dogs were flying to the U.K., I was met by Maritza, her colleague, who had our paperwork ready to go. She was not satisfied with letting the staff at the airport label the crates, etc., she wanted to make sure it was done to the high standard we witnessed with Air Animals all along. There is no price I could put on ensuring my dogs reached their destination safely, without delay at customs, and with as little trauma as possible. Air Animals made this ALL possible! Maritza M was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING during this process. I shipped my 65lb German Shepard mix dog from Orlando to Germany. It was his first flight and I was probably more terrified than my dog. Maritza was reassuring, had all her paperwork organized, on time, and correct. Listen to her about the whole process. She knows what she's doing. Get the crate she tells you to get so you won't have any problems. If you need to ship your pet overseas, THIS IS THE COMPANY TO DO IT! I can't even lie, I will be using them when/if I return to the U.S.
